By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your Sample Store account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.

The instructions to activate your account will be sent to your email once you have submitted the registration form. If you did not receive this email, your email service provider’s mailing software may be blocking it. You can try checking your junk / spam folder or contact us at help@samplestore.com

How do I order?

You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to the cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive an order summary to your email. The order summary will also be stored in your account.

What if I need to change my order?
At 7Stars we strive for great service and as a result, our orders are processed promptly. We will, however, do our best to accommodate any changes to your order. To change or cancel an order email us at support@7starsworld.com.

How to track the status of my order?
To check the status of your order please log in to your account using your registered email address and password.
